We are all well aware of the many changes in the advice industry over the last 20 years - the technology, the influence of the regulator, business consolidation, pricing advice and service and a greater focus on client advice rather than the sale of a product. But much of the industry is doing pretty much the same as it always has - just doing similar things a bit better or a bit more often!
